Job description
An established and well-respected health system in Central Illinois is seeking a full-time Urologist to join its community-based practice. This opportunity is ideal for a general urologist seeking a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care within a stable, mission-driven organization. The opening exists from to two retirements, creating a strong community need and allowing the incoming physician to step into a turn-key practice with established infrastructure and operational support already in place.

150-bed regional hospital offering comprehensive specialty care
The facility features a da Vinci robotic system, dedicated anesthesia and perioperative teams, and convenient access between inpatient and outpatient settings.
Join a collegial and supportive environment with mentorship available from experienced urologists within the system.
Approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient consultations.
Strong referral base and multi-specialty collaboration ensure a steady, high-volume practice.
EPIC EMR used system-wide
Non-burdensome call schedule
APP support when ramped up
H-1B visa sponsorship available.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary above the 70th percentile of MGMA, plus incentives.
Over $100,000 in loan repayment options.
