A collegial, physician-led urology group within a supportive regional health system in The Lakes Region of Minnesota is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible general urologist to join their team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, access to advanced technology, and the ability to explore subspecialty interests in a collaborative environment recognized for excellence in digital infrastructure and clinical quality.

Position Highlights
General urology practice with a 4‑day work week.
Call schedule of 1:3, designed to be non‑burdensome to enjoy a high quality of work / life balance
Join 2 experienced urologists with support from 2 dedicated physician assistants
Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
State‑of‑the‑art technology with HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification for inpatient and outpatient care
