Location: Columbus, OH (On-site for now)
Job Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire/ Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents . The ideal candidate will have strong Python and ML engineering skills with hands-on experience building production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong Python and software engineering experience.
Hands‑on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and production AI applications.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation .
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agents SDK .
Experience with PyTorch and/or Hugging Face .
Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock .
Knowledge of Snowflake/Databricks and Pinecone or similar vector stores .
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud deployment, testing, security, and version control.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
