Generative AI Specialist (Applied AI/LLMs)
Location: 100% On-site in New York City
Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 + bonus

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI/LLM applications across internal tools and client-facing products.
Develop scalable AI infrastructure and reusable frameworks for model deployment and data processing.
Apply advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , vector search, and prompt engineering .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent, data-driven insights into production.
Stay ahead of emerging AI research and drive innovation across the organization.
5+ years total experience, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Advanced Python skills and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex , and vector databases .
Deep understanding of RAG , embeddings, and prompt optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Background in a product-focused AI startup or fintech environment is highly preferred.
