Job description
Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with customers to improve their workload performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
Leading and developing proof‑of‑concepts for AI solutions applied to the Consumer Internet industry, including areas like LLMs and recommenders, and building collateral (notebook/code) as needed.
Continuously scanning the Gen AI landscape: model releases, orchestration frameworks, prompt‑engineering trends and assess fit for our roadmap.
Establishing engineering standards for code quality, observability, cost‑efficient LLM usage, and secure development.
Developing and debugging software and open‑source AI frameworks and libraries.
Partnering with software engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins and drive the development of innovative solutions based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer with proven track record coding in Python and/or C++ with popular AI software libraries and GPUs.
Design of end‑to‑end solutions as an architect or senior engineer; proven Tech Lead for small, agile teams and the ability to work through others.
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and influence decision‑makers with a calm, measured style.
