Job Description
We are looking to fill a position for Genetic Security Center specialist in Raleigh NC
BS/BA or equivalent work background plus IT Support experience and enterprise software environment or equivalent 7
Experience installation and service of video surveillance equipment and IP Cameras 7
Experience with Genetec Security Center preferred 7
Experience providing production support or similar role 7
Strong working knowledge of office applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint) 7
Qualifications
Written and verbal communications are clear, concise and achieve intended objectives 7
Problem Diagnosis skills (i.e., discovery, replication, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, communication and/or escalation as required) 7
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks 7
Ability to learn complex business functions 7
Ability to organize/manage own work and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables7
Computer Science Degree or related discipline; professional certification 7
