Job description
Argentys Informatics, LLC invites a bioinformatics scientist to join the FDA HIVE project team at the White Oak, MD campus. The role focuses on independent analysis of microbiome and NGS datasets using internal and open-source tools, and on developing complex analysis pipelines for diverse datasets.
The candidate will report to the Project Lead within FDA HIVE, collaborating with senior scientists and stakeholders to interpret results and drive research questions forward.
