Job description
The New York Genome Center seeks an Associate Scientist I to join the QC team in its high-throughput production lab. You will handle initial sample processing, perform DNA/RNA extractions, and conduct genotyping on Illumina Infinium platforms.
You will assist with library preparation and sequencing on Illumina and other platforms, track work in LIMS, and maintain instruments per SOPs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
