Job description
Gilbane Building is seeking a Business Leader II to be responsible for the overall success of a specific geography within a business. This role will sit primarily in the office.
You will lead with an inclusive mindset, build high performing teams, recruit and develop talent, and strengthen client relationships while aligning with Gilbane’s core values and long-term plans. A Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years in construction management are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
