Job description
Terracon is seeking a Department Manager II for its geophysics division in Lenexa, KS. You will lead Group and Department Managers, shape project strategy, and drive growth while ensuring a cohesive, high-performance team.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Geophysics or related field with 8+ years of geophysics experience, strong leadership and project management skills, and a willingness to travel for client engagements. You will mentor staff and advance geophysics capabilities.
