Terracon's geophysics division seeks a Department Manager II to guide the Group and Department Managers, shaping project strategy and performance.
You will mentor leaders, oversee planning and delivery, engage with clients, ensure compliance, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Terracon at the forefront.
This on-site Missouri role requires a Geophysics degree, 8+ years of leadership, and travel as needed.
