Position Summary:
nBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown West. This is a full-time, employed outpatient position within a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a team-based clinical environment.
nPractice Overview:
nBaylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown West provides primary and preventive care services to patients in Georgetown and the surrounding communities.
nFamily medicine physicians at the clinic deliver care across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and treatment of common acute conditions. The clinic supports continuity of care and emphasizes a patient-centered approach to primary care.
nEssential Functions:
nnnProvide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to pediatric and adult patients.
n
nnDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
n
nnDeliver preventive care services including wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
n
nnCoordinate care with other healthcare providers as appropriate.
n
nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
n
nnParticipate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
n
nnComply with Baylor Scott & White Health policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

n nRequired Qualifications:
nnnDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
n
nnLicensed or eligible for licensure by the Texas Medical Board
n
nnBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS)
n
nnAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
n
nnPrior outpatient family medicine experience preferred
n
