Phoenix Ortho Injury Spine & Extremity is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team in Georgia. This is primarily a work-from-home role with two weeks of on-site training at our Stone Mountain location; requires Georgia licensure and experience in orthopedics or interventional pain management.
