Job description
Apply advanced psychological expertise and bilingual Georgian and English communication skills to help improve the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role centers on reviewing psychological material, developing realistic scenarios, evaluating model-generated content, and contributing professional judgment grounded in clinical and academic experience.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies, assessments, and supporting documentation, providing detailed feedback and professional insights.
Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Georgian and English for model training and data enrichment.
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and consistency with psychological best practices.
Apply analytical evaluation and ethical decision-making when reviewing complex psychological material.
Use bilingual communication skills to interpret, refine, and assess psychological content across Georgian and English while preserving meaning across linguistic and cultural contexts.
Develop and evaluate case studies and psychological assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods, findings, and conclusions clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology.
Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Georgian and English.
Ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both Georgian and English.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ethical decision-making.
Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Georgian and English.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
No prior AI experience is required.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Work is performed as an independent contractor.
Compensation Pay ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
