Role Overview
Apply doctoral-level psychology expertise to help improve AI systems through culturally informed analysis, evaluation, and bilingual content development. This remote contract role focuses on translating real-world psychological knowledge into high-quality training materials and feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing professional insights and nuanced feedback.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Georgian and English for model training and data enrichment.
Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Georgian and English while preserving linguistic and cultural meaning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
PhD in Psychology with demonstrated clinical and academic experience.
Native or near-native fluency in Georgian and English, including complex psychological terminology.
Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
Strong analytical judgment, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in multicultural settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Georgian and English.
Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
Work Terms
Remote independent-contractor engagement.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
