Job description
Ormat Technologies in Reno, NV is seeking a Drilling Superintendent to lead geothermal drilling operations across multiple projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.
You will supervise Drill Site Managers and field personnel, enforce safety culture, coordinate with engineering and vendors, and develop standardized drilling procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Travel up to 30% internationally may be required.
