South Ogden Post-Acute Rehab in South Ogden, UT is seeking a full-time Activities Specialist to support the Activities Supervisor in delivering programs that enhance residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
The role includes executing individual and group activities, adapting tasks to residents’ abilities, and maintaining a clean activity space. Requires a High School Diploma and TRT/CTRS certification, plus reliable transportation and a passion for geriatric care.
