Job description
Element Care in Beverly, MA is seeking an Activities Specialist (OTA) to deliver habilitation, wellness and recreation programs across ADH sites, homes, and via telehealth. Under supervision, you will complete assessments and develop individualized plans aligned with each participant’s needs.
This full-time role involves daily travel, collaboration with the Activities team, documentation, event planning, and participation in IDT meetings.
