Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a geriatric primary care team in an outpatient clinic. You will manage your own primary care panel and perform geriatric consults, with full training provided.
Both Part-time and Full-time schedules are available, weekdays only, with salary-based compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including CME support and tuition assistance.
