Job description
Salgado LLC is seeking a Physician to deliver direct primary medical care to patients and to supervise medical care personnel within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). The role includes performing comprehensive H&Ps, managing episodic illnesses, and coordinating hospital admissions and discharges with the IDT.
The physician will provide care for nursing home residents, participate in care planning and family conferences, and contribute to ethics and quality improvement activities.
