Job description
Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join its interdisciplinary nutrition team. Under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Manager, you will assess participants, develop nutrition plans, and educate participants and caregivers in a community health setting.
The role requires knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets, with duties including meal rounds, menu reviews, care plan meetings, and coordination with home care and food service vendors.
