Job description
Geriatric Value-Based Medicine – Multiple Locations seeks BC/BE physicians to join their value-based clinics. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatricians are encouraged to apply; geriatrics interest is required. Some positions require bilingual Spanish and English.
The EMR is eClinicalWorks, and HEDIS experience is a plus but not required. Average patient volume is 12–15 per day with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
