Job description
Fallon Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct nursing care to Summit ElderCare PACE participants in various settings, following nursing process and standards. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and contribute to individualized care plans, ensuring culturally competent care and timely interventions.
