Job description
Kintegra is seeking a Skilled Home Care Nurse to provide in-home nursing services under the plan of care and physician orders. You will perform assessments, treatments, and timely communications with the care team, reporting to the Home Care Supervisor.
The role requires an RN license (NC or compact state), at least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in home/community health), a valid NC driver's license, and immunizations up to date. On-call evenings and after-hours work are required.
