Job description
FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric rehab services in patients' homes and senior living communities. In this autonomous, mobile role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, document per regulatory and payer standards, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
