Job description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living settings. Collaborate with FOX physical therapists to deliver functional interventions, support balance and mobility, and reduce fall risk. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting outcomes, educating patients and caregivers, and using productivity tools to manage caseloads.
