Job description
Midland Care Connection is seeking a Physical Therapist Intern to support the Home Health Program. You will work with licensed PTs to assist with evaluations,Therapeutic exercises, gait training, and home-based rehab for adults in the community.
The internship offers hands-on clinical experience, collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, and exposure to documentation, patient education, and home safety practices.
