Job description
McGregor PACE is expanding to Summit County and seeking an experienced Homecare Nurse to deliver comprehensive health services for program participants. The nurse will work closely with the primary care physician and the PACE interdisciplinary team.
Work Schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends and major holidays off. Responsibilities include nursing care, assessment, medication administration, education for participants and families, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
