Job description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Bethlehem, PA team, delivering one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities under the Geriatric House Calls model. You will design and execute individualized treatment plans, incorporating telehealth when appropriate to extend access and continuity of care.
