Job description
Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Practical Nurse to provide person-centered care for senior residents across our continuum of services. In this role, you’ll deliver direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring chronic conditions, while collaborating with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You’ll educate residents and families, document accurately in the EMR, and support quality, safety, and faith-based values of dignity and respect.
