Job description
Mount Carmel Care Center, a Catholic not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility in North Adams, MA, is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide resident-centered care for older adults in long-term, short-term rehab, and memory care. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, document in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
