Job description
St. Patrick’s Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to older adults in a faith-based, resident-centered setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support rehabilitation goals, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other team members.
