Job description
RiverWoods Exeter is seeking compassionate RN/LPN nurses to provide high-quality care to residents in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans. You’ll educate residents and families, document accurately, and promote safety and dignity at all times.
