Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in senior living settings, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.
You will administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents for changes, and help keep care plans up to date while maintaining regulatory compliance and preventing medication
