Job description
Colwyn Group is seeking a Medical Director I (Geriatric medicine physician) for Elk Grove, CA. The role provides clinical leadership for a senior-focused, value-based care program and requires oversight of IDT, care coordination, and on-call coverage.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of clinical leadership experience, board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, and an active California license. Relocation assistance is available.
