Job description
Supportive Care is seeking a Provider two days per week for a nursing home setting in New Jersey. The role focuses on psychosocial evaluation, psychotherapy, and resident support within skilled nursing facilities.
We offer flexible scheduling (7:00 am–7:00 pm, Mon-Fri), part-time or full-time opportunities, and competitive daily compensation based on license and experience. Benefits include medical insurance stipend, liability coverage, travel reimbursement, PTO, and potential sign-on bonus.
