Job description
Trio Health Partners is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to provide primary in-house psychotherapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Illinois. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff while integrating behavioral and medical care within a geriatric setting.
