Job description
Trio Health Partners is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Psychotherapist) to provide primary in-house psychotherapy at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will build relationships with residents, families, and staff while delivering integrated behavioral and healthcare services.
You will hold an Illinois clinical license (LCSW/LCPC/Clinical Psychologist), manage a caseload with 5+ therapy hours daily, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ emotional and psychological
