Job description
Vitae Health Systems seeks a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The Psychotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ well-being and adjustment to medical and life changes.
Must hold a Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field and an active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
