Job description
Personalized Health Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care to residents at Marley Neck Healthcare Center in Glen Burnie, MD.
The NP will diagnose, treat, educate, and coordinate with the care team using EMR, with a focus on value-based care. Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, with a competitive salary and quarterly bonuses. A $15k sign-on bonus is offered for a 1-year commitment.
