Job description
A dedicated health care practice in Washington is looking for an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home palliative primary care services. You will be responsible for managing a panel of around 200 homebound older adults, coordinating care with multiple stakeholders to improve client comfort. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, with meaningful bonuses possible based on performance and quality of care.
