Job description
HealthOp Solutions seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology NP to lead primary geriatric care across senior living communities around Lake Havasu City, with Kingman and Bullhead City coverage as needed. This full-time role offers a base of $110,000–$150,000 per year, with upside to $200,000+ based on experience.
You will receive extensive onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching, plus collaboration with facility leadership.
