Job description
Total Life is seeking in-person nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Greater Austin area. You will start with educational talks for residents, then conduct one-on-one longevity visits built on a comprehensive geriatric assessment.
You will work under the guidance of our CMO, with training in cognitive tools and Medicare documentation. Site days occur on weekdays, with hours growing as bookings increase.
