Job description
Total Life Inc. is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Capital Region (Albany–Schenectady–Troy) to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities.
Each day opens with an educational talk for residents, followed by one-on-one longevity visits. You will be trained by our Chief Medical Officer, perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, document for Medicare, and coordinate with residents’ primary care providers.
