Job description
Total Life, Inc. is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Capital Region (Albany-Schenectady-Troy). You will lead longevity days at partner senior living communities, starting with a short educational talk and then one-on-one visits.
You'll be trained by our CMO, travel to assigned communities, and work a weekday schedule with hours that grow as bookings increase. This role focuses on geriatric assessment, medication review and coordination with primary care.
