Job description
Total Life, Inc. seeks a nurse practitioner to lead longevity days in partner senior living communities across the Inland Empire. You will host on-site educational talks, then conduct one-on-one longevity visits, supported by a geriatric-focused program and CMO guidance.
You will evaluate residents for weight management, coordinate with primary care, and document all encounters to Medicare standards using our EHR system. Travel and group presentations are part of the role.
