Job description
Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform routine rounds, manage chronic diseases, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Strong emphasis on preventive care, quality outcomes, and resident and family experience. Position requires current NP/PA licensure and experience in geriatrics or internal medicine.
