Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP or PA) with geriatrics focus to improve outcomes for long-term care residents by collaborating with a team of providers and case managers. You will enjoy a strong benefit/pay package and opportunities for career growth.
Our APRN/PA providers work mainly in nursing homes or assisted living communities with residents enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, delivering personalized, coordinated care and reducing unnecessary hospital visits.
