Job description
Queensbury nursing home is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver full-scope primary care for geriatric residents in Queensbury, NY. You will conduct admissions and follow-up visits while collaborating with the care team to maintain high-quality patient care.
Requirements include an active NY NP/PA license, DEA license, and at least 1 year of clinical provider experience; geriatric experience is strongly preferred.
