Job description
Alignment Health is a fast-growing organization focused on serving seniors and frail patients, with a mission to put the senior first. This role involves in-home assessments, telehealth, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team in a Monday–Friday schedule.
The position requires a Master’s degree for NP or PA, active California NP/PA licensure, board certification, and clinical leadership capabilities.
